  All participants under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the pick-up location to complete all paperwork and sign the waiver.  If no parent or legal guardian is present, arrangements can be made to have completed paperwork faxed to the American Adventure Tours’ office prior to the start of the tour.
• Special requirements:
  Guests must not exceed 275 pounds and must wear shoes or boots only, as flip-flops and sandals are not permitted. Guests should dress in comfortable clothing. Must be 16 to ride an ATV.
